+`useIsMutating` is an optional hook that returns the `number` of mutations that your application is
+running (useful for app-wide loading indicators).
+
+## Parameters
+

+

+

+
+### queryClient?

+Use this to use a custom `QueryClient`. Otherwise, the one from the nearest context will
