## 💳 Billing

**Free to run**: no per-seat, per-recording or per-import charge. AI actions use
AI credits on the model's token usage.

## 📌 Heads up

- **Everything you import is shared with your workspace.** Transcripts,
  summaries, and media land on Call Recording records that every member with
  access can read. Private syncing is coming later.
- **Media arrives after the transcript, and not always.** A recording stays in
  Processing while Fathom prepares the download. Anything over 500 MB, and
  view-only shares, never get media.
- **Calendar links need one clear match.** A Call Recording is linked to a
  calendar event only when its meeting link and scheduled time point to exactly
  one event.
