## تهيئة مساحة عملك

### ١. قم بتوصيل بريدك الإلكتروني
|
||
|
||

### ٢. شكِّل نموذج بياناتك
|
||
|
||
انتقل إلى **الإعدادات → نموذج البيانات** لإنشاء الكائنات والحقول المخصصة. بعض الأمور التي يجب معرفتها:
|
||
|
||
* الكائنات والحقول المخصصة **غير محدودة في جميع الخطط** — بدون بيع إضافي.
|
||
* **الأشخاص، الشركات، والفرص** هي الكائنات التي تعرض رسائل البريد الإلكتروني والاجتماعات المتزامنة. استخدمها كأساس لديك وأضِف حقولًا لتصنيفها (مثلاً، حقل `Person Type`) بدلًا من إنشاء كائنات منفصلة لن تحتوي على سجل بالبريد الإلكتروني.

||
* لا يمكن أن يشترك شخصان في نفس عنوان البريد الإلكتروني. لا يمكن أن تشترك شركتان في نفس النطاق.

||
* يمكنك إلغاء تنشيط الحقول/الكائنات القياسية التي لا تحتاجها، وإخفاء الحقول من طرق العرض دون حذفها.

### ٣. استيراد بياناتك
|
||
|
||
استخدم قائمة الأوامر (`Cmd+K` / `Ctrl+K`) لاستيراد الأشخاص، الشركات، الفرص، أو أي كائن مخصص عبر CSV. قم بتنزيل الملف النموذجي أولًا للاطلاع على التنسيق المتوقع. احصر الملفات في 10 آلاف سجل وأزل التكرار عن عناوين البريد الإلكتروني/النطاقات قبل الاستيراد.
