## حول عرض الجداول
|
|
|
|
تعرض طرق عرض الجدول السجلات في صفوف مع أعمدة قابلة للتخصيص—مثل جدول البيانات. هذا هو نوع العرض الافتراضي لمعظم الكائنات.

## الميزات
|
|
|
|
### تكوين الأعمدة
|
|
|
|
* إظهار الأعمدة (الحقول) أو إخفاؤها
|
|
* تغيير عرض الأعمدة
|
|
* أعد ترتيب الأعمدة بالسحب
|
|
|
|
### التجميع حسب حقل من نوع اختيار
|
|
|
|
نظّم السجلات في مجموعات قابلة للطي استنادًا إلى حقل من نوع اختيار.
|
|
|
|

1. انقر على **الخيارات**
|
|
2. اختر **التجميع**
|
|
3. اختر حقلاً من نوع اختيار
|
|
4. اضبط ترتيب المجموعات ضمن **الخيارات → التجميع → الفرز**:
|
|
* **أبجدي** أو **أبجدي معكوس**
|
|
* **ترتيب يدوي**: اسحب المجموعات تحت "المجموعات المرئية" لإعادة ترتيبها
|
|
* انقر على **أيقونة العين** بجوار مجموعة لإخفائها
|
|
|
|
**حالات الاستخدام:**
|
|
|
|
* شركات المجموعة حسب النوع
|
|
* تجميع الفرص حسب المرحلة
|
|
* تجميع المهام حسب الحالة
|
|
|

**لأفضل أداء، احصرها في 10-15 مجموعة مرئية لكل عرض.** إذا كنت تحتاج إلى المزيد من المجموعات، ففكّر في استخدام لوحة المعلومات بدلاً من ذلك.

### عرض الأعمدة
|
|
|
|
غيّر حجم الأعمدة لإظهار محتوى أكثر أو أقل:
|
|
|
|
1. ضع المؤشر بين رأسي عمودين
|
|
2. انقر واسحب حدّ العمود
|
|
3. حرّر لتعيين العرض الجديد
|
|
|
|
## متى يجب استخدام طرق عرض الجدول
|
|
|
|
تعمل طرق عرض الجدول بشكل أفضل لـ:
|
|
|
|
* **استعراض مجموعات بيانات كبيرة** — تصفّح العديد من السجلات بسرعة
|
|
* **إدخال البيانات** — تحرير سجلات متعددة بكفاءة
|
|
* **تحليل مفصّل** — عرض العديد من الحقول في آنٍ واحد
|
|
* **الفرز والتصفية** — العثور على سجلات محددة
|
|
