## 캘린더 통합 작동 방식
|
|
|
|
Twenty는 캘린더 이벤트를 자동으로 동기화하고 관련 CRM 레코드에 연결하여 연락처 및 회사와의 미팅 이력을 완벽하게 파악할 수 있도록 합니다.
|
|
|
|
## 캘린더 탭
|
|
|
|
레코드의 이메일 탭 옆에 `캘린더` 탭이 있으며, 해당 레코드와 예정된 미팅의 이력을 확인할 수 있습니다.
|
|
|
|
### 사용 가능 대상
|
|
|
|
* **사람들**: 특정 연락처와 예정된 모든 미팅 보기
|
|
* **회사**: 회사 및 직원과 관련된 모든 미팅 보기
|
|
* **기회**: 이 기회와 연결된 회사의 미팅 기록에 접근
|
|
|
|
### 미팅 기록 보기
|
|
|
|
1. **기록으로 이동**: 특정 사람, 회사 또는 기회 기록으로 이동
|
|
2. **캘린더 탭 선택**: 이메일 탭 옆에 있는 `캘린더` 탭을 클릭합니다
|
|
3. **미팅 기록 탐색**: 예정된 모든 미팅과 그 세부정보 보기
|
|
4. **미팅 컨텍스트 접근**: 미팅 참가자, 시간 및 관련 정보 보기
|
|
|
|
## 가시성 설정
|
|
|
|
캘린더 데이터는 이메일과 동일한 가시성 설정을 따르며, 두 커뮤니케이션 채널 전반에서 일관된 개인정보 보호를 보장합니다.
|
|
|
|
## 동기화되는 내용
|
|
|
|
* **외부 미팅**: 조직 외부 연락처와의 모든 미팅
|
|
* **자동 연결**: 참석자의 이메일 주소를 기준으로 미팅이 기존 사람 및 회사 레코드에 연결됩니다
|
|
* **미팅 세부정보**: 제목, 시간, 기간, 참가자
|
|
* **업데이트**: 새로운 캘린더 이벤트가 자동으로 동기화됩니다
|
|
|
|
## 동기화되지 않는 항목
|
|
|
|
* **내부 미팅**: 동료끼리만의 미팅(동일 도메인)은 비공개로 유지됩니다
|
|
* **비공개 이벤트**: 캘린더에서 비공개로 표시된 이벤트
|
