## 현재 상태
|
|
|
|
Twenty의 이메일 통합은 이메일 기록을 **동기화하고 표시**할 뿐만 아니라 이메일을 작성하고 전송할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다.
|
|
|
|
레코드 페이지에서 이메일 스레드를 보고 **Reply**를 클릭하면, 화면에서 바로 이메일을 작성하고 전송할 수 있습니다.
|
|
|
|
## Twenty에서 메시지를 보내는 방법
|
|
|
|
사전 조건: 이메일 발송이 가능한 연결된 메일 계정
|
|
|
|
1. **Ctrl+K** 또는 **Cmd+K** 단축키로 Command 메뉴를 엽니다
|
|
2. "Compose email" 옵션을 클릭합니다
|
|
3. 수신자를 선택하고, 이메일에 제목, 본문 및 첨부파일을 추가합니다
|
|
4. 이메일을 보내려면 "Send" 버튼을 클릭합니다
|
|
|
|
## 현재 가능한 작업

* 사람, 회사 및 기회 레코드에서 **이메일 기록 보기**
|
|
* CRM의 연락처와 주고받은 **전체 이메일 스레드 읽기**
|

* 이메일 상호작용에서 **연락처 자동 생성**
|

* **리디렉션을 통한 답장** — Reply를 클릭하여 사서함으로 이동
|

## 워크플로우를 통해 이메일 보내기
|

|
|
워크플로우를 사용하면 이메일을 **자동으로 전송할 수 있습니다**. 다음에 유용합니다:
|

* 자동 후속 조치
|
|
* 연락처에 대한 알림
|
|
* 레코드 변경을 기반으로 트리거되는 커뮤니케이션
|
|
|
|
워크플로우를 통해 전송된 이메일은 연결된 사서함 계정을 통해 발송됩니다.
