## Configuração Inicial
|
|
|
|
Ao criar seu espaço de trabalho pela primeira vez, há várias configurações importantes para definir.
|

### Nome e Logotipo do Espaço de Trabalho
|
|
|
|
1. Vá para **Configurações → Geral**
|
|
2. Atualize o nome do seu espaço de trabalho
|
|
3. Envie o logotipo da sua empresa
|
|
4. Salve as alterações
|
|
|
|
### Fuso Horário e Formato de Data
|
|
|
|
1. Vá para **Configurações → Experiência**
|
|
2. Selecione seu fuso horário
|
|
3. Escolha seu formato de data preferido
|
|
4. Salve as alterações
|
|
|
|
## Configurações Essenciais
|
|
|
|
### Conecte E-mail e Calendário
|
|
|
|
Configure a sincronização de e-mail e calendário:
|
|
|
|
1. Vá para **Configurações → Contas**
|
|
2. Clique em **Adicionar conta**
|
|
3. Conecte sua conta do Google ou da Microsoft
|
|
4. Configure as configurações de sincronização
|
|
|
|

### Convide a sua equipa
|
|
|
|
Adicione membros da equipa ao seu espaço de trabalho:
|
|
|
|
1. Vá para **Configurações → Membros**
|
|
2. Clique em **+ Convidar**
|
|
3. Insira endereços de e-mail
|
|
4. Atribua funções apropriadas
|
|
|
|

Antes de convidar a sua equipa, verifique a função padrão em **Configurações → Membros → Funções**. Novos membros recebem automaticamente essa função ao entrar.
