## Prezentare generală

Agenții AI respectă structura de permisiuni existentă. Acest lucru este deosebit de important pentru echipele care doresc să controleze exact la ce pot avea acces sau ce pot modifica procesele AI automatizate în spațiul lor de lucru.

|
|
|
## Atribuiți un Rol unui Agent AI
|
|
|
|
1. Accesați **Setări → Membri → Roluri**
|
|
2. Faceți clic pe rolul pe care doriți să-l atribuiți
|
|
3. Deschideți fila **Atribuire**
|
|
4. În **Agenți AI**, faceți clic pe **+ Atribuiți agentului AI**
|
|
5. Selectați agentul AI din listă
|
|
6. Confirmați atribuirea
|
|
|
|
## De ce să Atribuiți Roluri Agenților AI?
|
|
|
|
| Beneficiu | Descriere |

| **Securitate** | Limitați ce date pot accesa sau modifica agenții AI |
|
|
| **Conformitate** | Asigurați-vă că AI prelucrează doar datele de care are nevoie |
|

| **Control** | Preveniți acțiunile neintenționate ale automatizărilor AI |
|
|
| **Auditabilitate** | Urmăriți ce acțiuni au fost efectuate de fiecare agent |

Pentru agenții AI care rulează în cadrul fluxurilor de lucru, atribuirea unui Rol asigură că agentul nu poate accesa sau modifica date în afara scopului său — chiar dacă fluxul de lucru are permisiuni mai extinse.
