## Genel Bakış

Twenty, **kullanıcı başına sınırsız sayıda e-posta hesabı** destekler. Birden fazla gelen kutusunu yönetiyorsanız bu kullanışlıdır; örneğin:

||

|
||
* Farklı roller için farklı e-posta hesapları
|

## Birden Fazla Posta Kutusu Nasıl Eklenir
|
||
|
||
1. **Ayarlar → Hesaplar** sekmesine gidin.
|
||
2. **Hesap ekle** butonuna tıklayın.
|
||
3. Ek bir Google veya Microsoft hesabı ya da IMAP/SMTP protokollerini destekleyen başka herhangi bir e-posta sağlayıcısındaki bir hesabı bağlayın
|
||
4. Bu posta kutusu için eşitleme ayarlarını yapılandırın
|
||
5. Bağlamak istediğiniz her posta kutusu için tekrarlayın
|
||
|
||
## Birden Fazla Hesabı Yönetme
|

|
||
Her bağlı posta kutusunun kendi ayarları vardır:

||

## E-postalar Nasıl Görünür
|
||
|
||
Bağlı tüm posta kutularınızdaki e-postalar Twenty ile eşitlenir ve şuralarda görünür:
|
||
|
||
* **Kişi kayıtları**: Kişinin e-posta adresine göre
|
||
* **Şirket kayıtları**: E-posta alan adına göre
|
||
* **Fırsatlar**: Bağlantılı şirkete göre
|
||
|
||
