## 日历集成如何运作

|
|
Twenty 会自动同步您的日历事件，并将其链接到相关的 CRM 记录，让您全面了解与联系人和公司的会议历史。

|
## 日历选项卡
|
|
|
|
在记录的“邮件”选项卡旁，您将看到一个`日历`选项卡，其中包含与该记录安排的会议历史。

|
|

* **联系人**：查看与特定联系人安排的所有会议

|

1. **导航至某一记录**：前往任何联系人、公司或机会记录

3. **浏览会议历史**：查看所有安排的会议及其详细信息
|
|
4. **访问会议上下文**：查看会议参与者、时间和相关信息
|
|
|

## 可见性设置
|
|
|
|
日历数据遵循与电子邮件相同的可见性设置，确保在这两种通信渠道中保持一致的隐私控制。

|
## 同步内容
|

* **外部会议**：与组织外部联系人的所有会议
|
|
* **自动链接**：根据与会者的电子邮件地址，将会议链接到现有的联系人和公司记录
|
|
* **会议详细信息**：主题、时间、时长和参与者
|
|
* **更新**：新的日历事件会自动同步
|
|
|
|
## 不同步的内容
|
|
|
|
* **内部会议**：仅与同事（同一域）进行的会议保持私密
|
|
* **私密事件**：在您的日历中标记为私密的事件
|
