Twenty 支持**每个用户拥有无限多个电子邮件账户**。 如果你需要管理多个收件箱，这将非常有用，例如：

* 多个面向客户的电子邮件地址
|
||
* 针对不同角色使用不同的电子邮件账户
|
||
|
||
## 如何添加多个邮箱
|
||
|
||
1. 前往**设置→账户**
|
||
2. 点击**添加账户**
|
||
3. 连接一个额外的 Google 或 Microsoft 帐号，或任何其他支持 IMAP/SMTP 协议的邮件服务提供商
|
||
4. 配置此邮箱的同步设置
|
||
5. 对每个你想连接的邮箱重复上述步骤
|
||
|
||
## 管理多个账户
|
||
|
||
每个已连接的邮箱都有各自的设置：
|
||
|
||
* **电子邮件可见性**：选择团队成员可以看到的内容
|
||
* **联系人自动创建**：可按邮箱启用/禁用
|
||
* **文件夹选择**：选择要同步的文件夹
|
||
|
||
## 电子邮件如何显示
|
||
|
||
来自所有已连接邮箱的电子邮件会同步到 Twenty，并显示在：
|
||
|
||
* **联系人记录**：基于联系人的电子邮件地址
|
||
* **公司记录**：基于电子邮件域名
|
||
* **商机**：基于关联公司
|
||
|
||
<Note>每封电子邮件都会显示其是从哪个邮箱发送或在哪个邮箱中接收的，因此你可以跟踪每次沟通使用的是哪个账户。</Note>

## 重要说明
|
||
|
||
<Warning>只能连接真实的邮箱。 将邮件转发到其他邮箱的电子邮件别名无法单独连接——它们会通过主邮箱进行同步。</Warning>
