使用自定义字段可捕获特定于您业务的信息。 可将其添加到任何对象——标准或自定义。

## 步骤
|
||
|
||
1. 进入 **设置 → 数据模型**
|
||
2. 选择要添加字段的对象
|
||
3. 点击 **+ 新字段**
|
||
4. 选择**字段类型**（所有类型请参见[字段](/l/zh/user-guide/data-model/capabilities/fields)）
|
||
5. 输入**字段名称**和可选描述
|
||
6. 配置特定于该字段的设置（见下文）
|
||
7. 单击 **保存**
|
||
|
||
**快速方法：** 在任意表格视图的列标题末尾点击 **+** → **自定义字段**。
|
||
|
||
## 在视图中显示字段
|
||
|
||
新字段不会自动显示。 要显示：
|
||
|
||
1. 打开该对象的表格视图
|
||
2. 点击 **选项 → 字段**
|
||
3. 点击字段旁的 **眼睛图标** 以显示该字段
|
||
4. 拖动以重新排序
|
||
|
||
## 配置选项
|
||
|
||
### 用于选择/多选
|
||
|
||
1. 点击 **+ 添加选项** 以创建选项
|
||
2. 如有需要，设置**默认选项**
|
||
3. 拖动以重新排序选项
|
||

### 适用于货币字段
|
||
|
||
设置**默认货币**（USD、EUR 等） 用于新记录。
|
||
|
||
### 适用于电话字段
|
||
|
||
设置**默认国家代码**，用于预填新的电话号码。
|
||
|
||
### 将字段设置为唯一
|
||
|
||
切换**唯一**选项，以防止各记录之间出现重复值。
|
||
|
||

如果存在重复项（包括已删除记录中的重复项），将会出现错误。 请先清理重复项。

### 设置默认值
|
||
|
||
对于选择字段，您可以选择新记录预先选中的选项。 对于复选框字段，设置默认是否选中。
|
||
|
||
## 停用字段
|
||
|
||
1. 进入 **设置 → 数据模型**
|
||
2. 找到该字段
|
||
3. 点击 **⋮ → 停用**
|
||
|
||
数据将被保留。 您可以稍后重新启用或永久删除。
|
||
|
