## نظرة عامة
|
|
|
|
يدعم Twenty **عدد غير محدود من حسابات البريد الإلكتروني لكل مستخدم**. هذا مفيد إذا كنت تدير عدة صناديق بريد وارد، مثل:
|
|
|
|
* بريد العمل الشخصي + صندوق وارد مشترك للفريق
|
|
* عدة عناوين بريد إلكتروني موجهة للعملاء
|
|
* حسابات بريد إلكتروني مختلفة لأدوار مختلفة
|
|
|
|
## كيفية إضافة صناديق بريد متعددة
|
|
|
|
1. اذهب إلى **الإعدادات → الحسابات**
|
|
2. انقر على **إضافة حساب**
|
|
3. قم بتوصيل حساب غوغل أو مايكروسوفت، أو أي موفر بريد آخر يدعم بروتوكولات IMAP/SMTP
|
|
4. قم بتكوين إعدادات المزامنة لهذا الصندوق
|
|
5. كرر ذلك لكل صندوق بريد تريد ربطه
|
|
|
|
## إدارة حسابات متعددة
|
|
|
|
لكل صندوق بريد متصل إعداداته الخاصة:
|
|
|
|
* **عرض البريد الإلكتروني**: اختر ما يمكن لزملائك رؤيته
|
|
* **الإنشاء التلقائي لجهات الاتصال**: تمكين/تعطيل لكل صندوق بريد
|
|
* **اختيار المجلدات**: اختر المجلدات التي تريد مزامنتها
|
|
|
|
## كيف تظهر رسائل البريد الإلكتروني
|
|
|
|
تتم مزامنة رسائل البريد الإلكتروني من جميع صناديق البريد المتصلة لديك مع Twenty وتظهر في:
|
|
|
|
* **سجلات الأشخاص**: بناء على عنوان البريد الإلكتروني لجهة الاتصال
|
|
* **سجلات الشركات**: بناء على نطاق البريد الإلكتروني
|
|
* **الفرص**: بناء على الشركة المرتبطة
|
|
|
|
<Note>تُظهر كل رسالة بريد أي صندوق بريد تم إرسالها منه أو استلامها فيه، بحيث يمكنك تتبع الحساب الذي استُخدم في كل تواصل.</Note>

## ملاحظات مهمة
|
|
|
|
<Warning>يمكن ربط صناديق البريد الحقيقية فقط. لا يمكن ربط الأسماء المستعارة للبريد الإلكتروني التي تعيد التوجيه إلى صندوق بريد آخر بشكل منفصل — ستتم مزامنتها عبر صندوق البريد الرئيسي.</Warning>
