|
||
|
||
1. اذهب إلى **الإعدادات → عام**
|
||
2. حدّث اسم مساحة العمل
|
||
3. حمّل شعار شركتك
|
||
4. احفظ التغييرات
|
||
|
||
### المنطقة الزمنية وتنسيق التاريخ
|
||
|
||
1. اذهب إلى **الإعدادات → التجربة**
|
||
2. اختر منطقتك الزمنية
|
||
3. اختر تنسيق التاريخ المفضّل لديك
|
||
4. احفظ التغييرات
|
||
|

## التكوينات الأساسية
|
||
|
||
### اربط البريد الإلكتروني والتقويم
|
||
|
||
إعداد مزامنة البريد الإلكتروني والتقويم:
|
||
|
||
1. اذهب إلى **الإعدادات → الحسابات**
|
||
2. انقر على **إضافة حساب**
|
||
3. اربط حساب Google أو Microsoft الخاص بك
|
||
4. اضبط إعدادات المزامنة
|
||
|

### ادعُ فريقك
|
||
|
||
أضف أعضاء الفريق إلى مساحة العمل:
|
||
|
||
1. انتقل إلى **الإعدادات → الأعضاء**
|
||
2. انقر **+ دعوة**
|
||
3. أدخل عناوين البريد الإلكتروني
|
||
4. عيّن الأدوار المناسبة
|
||
|

قبل دعوة فريقك، تحقّق من الدور الافتراضي ضمن **الإعدادات → الأعضاء → الأدوار**. يتم تعيين هذا الدور تلقائيًا للأعضاء الجدد عند انضمامهم.
