## Podporované objekty
|
|
|

E-mailová aktivita je aktuálně dostupná u **tří standardních objektů**:
|
|
|
|
| Objekt | Co uvidíte |
|
|

| **Osoby** | Všechny e-maily vyměněné s konkrétním kontaktem |
|
|
| **Společnosti** | Všechny e-maily s kýmkoli z dané společnosti (na základě e-mailové domény) |
|
|
| **Příležitosti** | E-maily související se společností propojenou s příležitostí |
|
|
|
|
## Proč právě tyto objekty?
|
|
|
|
Osoby, Společnosti a Příležitosti jsou klíčové relační objekty, kde kontext e-mailů přináší největší hodnotu. E-mailová vlákna se automaticky propojují na základě:
|
|
|
|
* **E-mailová adresa** → přiřazena k záznamům Osob
|
|
* **E-mailová doména** → přiřazena k záznamům Společností
|
|
* **Vazba na Společnost** → propojeno s Příležitostmi
|
|
|
|
## Vlastní objekty
|
|
|
|
**Sledování e-mailů není v tuto chvíli k dispozici u vlastních objektů**.
|
|
|
|
Pokud potřebujete e-mailový kontext u vlastního objektu, zvažte:
|
|
|
|
* Použití relačního pole k propojení vlastního objektu s Osobami nebo Společnostmi
|
|
* Zobrazení historie e-mailů na propojeném záznamu Osoby/Společnosti
|
|
|
|
