## カレンダー統合の仕組み
|
|
|
|
Twenty はカレンダーのイベントを自動的に同期し、関連する CRM レコードにリンクします。これにより、連絡先や企業との会議履歴を包括的に把握できます。

|
|
|
## カレンダータブ
|
|
|
|
メールタブの隣に、該当レコードとの会議の履歴が含まれる`カレンダー`タブがあります。
|
|
|
|
### 対象
|
|
|
|
* **人物**：特定の連絡先とのすべての会議を表示
|
|
* **会社**：会社およびその従業員に関連するすべての会議を表示
|
|
* **商談**：この商談に紐づく会社に関連する会議の履歴にアクセス
|
|
|
|
### 会議履歴の表示
|
|
|
|
1. **レコードに移動**：任意の人物、会社、機会のレコードに移動
|
|
2. **カレンダータブを選択**：メールタブの隣の`カレンダー` タブをクリック
|
|
3. **会議履歴を閲覧**：予定されたすべての会議とその詳細を参照
|
|
4. **会議コンテキストにアクセス**：会議の参加者、時間、関連情報を確認
|
|
|
|
## 可視性設定
|
|
|
|
カレンダーデータは、メールと同じ可視性設定に従い、両方の通信チャネルで一貫したプライバシーコントロールを保証します。
|
|
|
|
## 同期されるもの
|
|
|
|
* **外部会議**：組織外の連絡先とのすべての会議
|
|
* **自動リンク**：出席者のメールアドレスに基づき、会議は既存の人物および会社のレコードに接続されます
|
|
* **会議の詳細**：件名、時間、所要時間、参加者
|
|
* **更新**：新しいカレンダーイベントは自動的に同期されます
|
|
|
|
## 同期されないもの
|
|
|
|
* **内部会議**：同僚のみ（同一ドメイン）の会議は非公開のままです
|
|
* **プライベートイベント**：カレンダーでプライベートに設定されたイベント
|
