## 表示するフィールドの選択
|
|
|
|
各ビューは異なるフィールドセットを表示できます。 表示内容をカスタマイズして、重要な情報に集中できます。
|
|
|
|
### フィールドの表示/非表示
|
|
|
|
1. 右上の **Options** をクリックします
|
|
2. **Fields** をクリックします
|
|
3. 各フィールドの横にある **目のアイコン** をクリックして表示/非表示を切り替えます
|
|
|
|
### フィールドの並べ替え
|
|
|
|
ビュー内でのフィールドの表示順を変更します:
|
|
|
|
1. **Options → Fields** をクリックします
|
|
2. フィールドを上下にドラッグします
|
|
3. 変更は自動的に保存されます
|
|
|
|
## ビュータイプ別のフィールド表示
|
|
|
|
### テーブルビュー
|
|
|
|
* フィールドは列として表示されます
|
|
* 列の境界をドラッグしてサイズを変更します
|
|
|
|
### カンバンビュー
|
|
|
|
* フィールドはカード上に表示されます
|
|
* Options → Fields で並べ替えます
|
|
* Compact ビューを使用してすべてのフィールドを非表示にします
|
|
|
|
### カレンダー表示
|
|
|
|
* 選択したフィールドがカレンダーイベントに表示されます
|
|
* Options → Fields で設定します
|
|
|
|
## ベストプラクティス
|
|
|
|
* **必要なものだけを表示** — あまりにも多くのフィールドが表示されます
|
|
* **重要なフィールドを先頭に** — よく使う列を左側に
|
|
* **複数のビューを作成** — 用途に応じて異なるフィールドセットを用意できます
|
|
* **ビューごとにフィールドの表示を設定** — 同じオブジェクトでもフォーカスを変えられます
|
|
|
