이메일 활동은 현재 **세 가지 표준 객체**에서 사용할 수 있습니다:

| **사람들** | 해당 특정 연락처와 주고받은 모든 이메일 |
|

| **회사** | 해당 회사의 누구와 주고받은 모든 이메일(이메일 도메인 기준) |

| **기회** | 해당 기회에 연결된 회사와 관련된 이메일 |
|
|
|
|
## 왜 이러한 객체만 지원하나요?
|
|
|
|
사람들, 회사, 기회는 이메일 맥락이 가장 큰 가치를 더하는 핵심 관계 객체입니다. 이메일 스레드는 다음을 기준으로 자동 연결됩니다:
|
|
|
|
* **이메일 주소** → 사람 레코드와 매칭
|
|
* **이메일 도메인** → 회사 레코드와 매칭
|
|
* **회사 관계** → 기회와 연결
|
|
|
|
## 사용자 지정 개체
|
|
|
|
현재 **사용자 지정 객체에서는 이메일 추적을 사용할 수 없습니다**.
|
|
|
|
사용자 지정 객체에서 이메일 맥락이 필요하다면 다음을 고려하세요:
|
|
|
|
* 관계 필드를 사용하여 사용자 지정 객체를 사람 또는 회사에 연결
|
|
* 연결된 사람/회사 레코드에서 이메일 내역 보기
|
|
|
|
## 향후 계획
|
|
|
|
