## Objetos suportados
|
|
|
|
A atividade de email está atualmente disponível em **três objetos padrão**:
|
|
|
|
| Objeto | O que vê |
|
|
| ----------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
|
|
| **Pessoas** | Todos os emails trocados com esse contacto específico |
|
|
| **Empresas** | Todos os emails com qualquer pessoa dessa empresa (com base no domínio de email) |
|
|
| **Oportunidades** | Emails relacionados com a empresa associada à oportunidade |
|
|
|
|
## Porque é que apenas estes objetos?
|
|
|
|
Pessoas, Empresas e Oportunidades são os objetos de relação principais onde o contexto de email acrescenta mais valor. As conversas de email são associadas automaticamente com base em:
|
|
|
|
* **Endereço de email** → associado a registos de Pessoas
|
|
* **Domínio de email** → associado a registos de Empresas
|
|
* **Relação com a empresa** → ligada a Oportunidades
|
|
|
|
## Objetos personalizados
|
|
|
|
**O acompanhamento de email não está disponível em objetos personalizados** neste momento.
|
|
|
|
Se precisar de contexto de email num objeto personalizado, considere:
|
|
|
|
* Usar um campo de relação para ligar o seu objeto personalizado a Pessoas ou Empresas
|
|
* Ver o histórico de email no registo de Pessoa/Empresa ligado
|
|
|
|
