## Prezentare generală
|
|
|
|
Twenty acceptă **un număr nelimitat de conturi de e-mail pentru fiecare utilizator**. Acest lucru este util dacă gestionați mai multe căsuțe poștale, de exemplu:
|

|
|
* E-mail de serviciu personal + căsuță poștală de echipă partajată
|
|
* Mai multe adrese de e-mail pentru relația cu clienții
|
|
* Conturi de e-mail diferite pentru roluri diferite
|
|
|
|
## Cum să adăugați mai multe căsuțe poștale
|
|
|
|
1. Mergeți la **Setări → Conturi**
|
|
2. Faceți clic pe **Adăugați cont**
|
|
3. Conectaţi un cont Google sau Microsoft suplimentar sau orice alt furnizor de mail care suporta protocoale IMAP/SMTP
|
|
4. Configurați setările de sincronizare pentru această căsuță poștală
|
|
5. Repetați pentru fiecare căsuță poștală pe care doriți să o conectați
|
|
|
|
## Gestionarea mai multor conturi
|
|
|
|
Fiecare căsuță poștală conectată are propriile setări:
|
|
|
|
* **Vizibilitatea e-mailurilor**: Alegeți ce pot vedea membrii echipei
|
|
* **Creare automată a contactelor**: Activați/dezactivați pentru fiecare căsuță poștală
|
|
* **Selectarea folderelor**: Alegeți ce foldere să sincronizați
|
|
|
|
## Cum apar e-mailurile
|
|
|
|
E-mailurile din toate căsuțele poștale conectate sunt sincronizate cu Twenty și apar în:
|
|
|
|
* **Înregistrări persoane**: Pe baza adresei de e-mail a contactului
|
|
* **Înregistrări companii**: Pe baza domeniului adresei de e-mail
|
|
* **Oportunități**: Pe baza companiei asociate
|
|
|
|
<Note>Fiecare e-mail arată în care cutie poștală a fost trimisă sau primită, astfel încât să puteți urmări ce cont a fost folosit pentru fiecare comunicare.</Note>

## Note importante
|
|
|
|
<Warning>Doar căsuțele poștale propriu-zise pot fi conectate. Aliasurile de e-mail care redirecționează către o altă căsuță poștală nu pot fi conectate separat — se vor sincroniza prin căsuța poștală principală.</Warning>
