## Configurare inițială
|
|
|
|
Când creați pentru prima dată spațiul de lucru, există câteva setări cheie de configurat.
|
|
|
|
### Numele și sigla spațiului de lucru
|
|
|
|
1. Accesați **Setări → General**
|
|
2. Actualizați numele spațiului de lucru
|
|
3. Încărcați sigla companiei
|
|
4. Salvați modificările
|
|
|
|
### Fusul orar și formatul datei
|
|
|
|
1. Accesați **Setări → Experiență**
|
|
2. Selectați fusul orar
|
|
3. Alegeți formatul de dată preferat
|
|
4. Salvați modificările
|
|
|
|
## Configurări esențiale
|
|
|
|
### Conectați e-mailul și calendarul
|
|
|
|
Configurați sincronizarea e-mailului și a calendarului:
|
|
|
|
1. Mergeți la **Setări → Conturi**
|
|
2. Faceți clic pe **Adăugați cont**
|
|
3. Conectați contul Google sau Microsoft
|
|
4. Configurați setările de sincronizare
|
|
|
|

### Invitați-vă echipa
|
|
|
|
Adăugați membri ai echipei în spațiul de lucru:
|
|
|
|
1. Mergi la **Setări → Membri**
|
|
2. Faceți clic pe **+ Invită**
|
|
3. Introduceți adresele de e-mail
|
|
4. Atribuiți rolurile corespunzătoare
|
|
|
|

Înainte de a vă invita echipa, verificați rolul implicit în **Setări → Membri → Roluri**. Noilor membri li se atribuie automat acest rol când se alătură.
