## 워크스페이스 구성
|
|
|
|
접속하면 Twenty를 내 환경에 맞게 설정하는 세 단계는 다음과 같습니다:

### 1. 메일박스 연결하기
|
|
|
|
**설정 → 계정**으로 이동하여 Google 또는 Microsoft 계정을 연결하세요. Twenty는 이메일과 캘린더 이벤트를 가져오고, 상호작용을 기반으로 자동으로 연락처를 생성합니다. 다른 공급자를 사용 중이신가요? 같은 페이지에서 SMTP를 통해 메일박스를 추가하거나 CalDAV를 통해 캘린더를 추가할 수 있습니다.

### 2. 데이터 모델 구성하기
|
|
|
|
**설정 → 데이터 모델**로 이동하여 커스텀 객체와 필드를 생성하세요. 알아두면 좋은 몇 가지 사항:
|
|
|
|
* 커스텀 객체와 필드는 **모든 요금제에서 무제한으로 제공**되며, 추가 과금이 없습니다.
|
|
* **People, Companies, Opportunities**는 동기화된 이메일과 미팅을 표시하는 객체입니다. 이들을 기본으로 사용하고, 이메일 이력이 없는 별도 객체를 만들기보다는 (예: `Person Type` 필드처럼) 필드를 추가해 분류하세요.
|
|
* 두 People은 동일한 이메일을 공유할 수 없습니다. 두 Companies는 동일한 도메인을 공유할 수 없습니다.
|
|
* 필요하지 않은 기본 필드/객체는 비활성화할 수 있으며, 삭제하지 않고도 보기에서 필드를 숨길 수 있습니다.

### 3. 데이터 가져오기
|
|
|
|
Command 메뉴 (`Cmd+K` / `Ctrl+K`)를 사용하여 CSV를 통해 People, Companies, Opportunities 또는 임의의 커스텀 객체를 가져오세요. 먼저 샘플 파일을 다운로드하여 예상되는 형식을 확인하세요. 파일은 최대 10,000개 레코드로 제한하고, 가져오기 전에 이메일/도메인 중복을 제거하세요.
