## Funcționalități
|
|
|
|
În prezent, Twenty oferă:
|
|
|
|
### 1. Chatbot IA
|
|
|
|
Un asistent conversațional care îți înțelege contextul și are acces la toate datele tale din Twenty.
|
|
|
|
**Capabilități cheie:**
|
|
|
|
* **Acces complet la date**: Interoghează orice înregistrare, relație sau metrică din spațiul tău de lucru
|
|
* **Conștientizare a contextului paginii**: Fă referire la "această companie" sau "această oportunitate" în funcție de locul în care te afli în Twenty
|
|
* **Limbaj natural**: Pune întrebări și primește răspunsuri fără a naviga prin meniuri
|
|
|
|
**Exemple de prompturi:**
|
|
|
|
* "Ce oportunități se încheie luna aceasta?"
|
|
* "Care tranzacții au fost în Negociere de mai mult de 30 de zile?"
|
|

### 2. Agenți IA în fluxuri de lucru

|
|
Extinde-ți fluxurile de lucru cu acțiuni bazate pe IA și agenți autonomi.

* **Acțiuni IA**: Folosește IA pentru a îmbogăți datele, a clasifica înregistrările, a genera rezumate și altele
|

|

* **Prompturi personalizate**: Definește exact cum ar trebui IA să îți proceseze datele
|
|
|
|
**Cazuri de utilizare:**

* Categorizează automat lead-urile primite
|
|
* Îmbogățește datele companiei din surse publice
|
|
* Generează ciorne de email de urmărire pe baza notițelor din întâlniri
|
|
* Atribuie scor oportunităților pe baza tiparelor de implicare
|
|
|
|
## Permisiuni și control al accesului
|
|
|
|
Agenții IA sunt gestionați prin sistemul de permisiuni existent:
|
|
|
|
1. Accesați **Setări → Membri → Roluri**
|
|
2. Configurează la ce date poate avea acces fiecare agent IA
|
|
3. Stabilește permisiuni de citire/scriere pentru fiecare obiect
|
|
|
|
Astfel, agenții IA respectă politicile tale de guvernanță a datelor și accesează doar ceea ce le este necesar.
