## لماذا هذه الكائنات فقط؟
|
|
|
|
الأشخاص والشركات والفرص هي كائنات العلاقات الأساسية حيث يضيف سياق البريد الإلكتروني أكبر قيمة. يتم ربط سلاسل البريد الإلكتروني تلقائياً بناءً على:
|
|
|
|
* **عنوان البريد الإلكتروني** → تتم مطابقته مع سجلات الأشخاص
|
|
* **نطاق البريد الإلكتروني** → تتم مطابقته مع سجلات الشركة
|
|
* **علاقة الشركة** → ترتبط بالفرص
|
|
|
|
## كائنات مخصصة
|
|
|
|
**تتبّع البريد الإلكتروني غير متاح على الكائنات المخصصة** في الوقت الحالي.
|
|
|
|
إذا كنت بحاجة إلى سياق البريد الإلكتروني على كائن مخصص، ففكّر في:
|
|
|
|
* استخدام حقل علاقة لربط كائنك المخصص بالأشخاص أو الشركات
|
|
* عرض سجل البريد الإلكتروني في سجل الأشخاص/الشركة المرتبط
|
|
|
|
